Brunel Franklin claim back mis-sold PPI for customers. Their speciality is in reclaiming additional redress for customers who have already had successful claims.

Challenge:
Brunel Franklin challenged The Garden to significantly increase conversions whilst simultaneously decreasing the CPA (cost per acquisition).

Method:
This is a strictly regulated market with stringent parameters enforced by the FCA, therefore creating a challenging environment in which to advertise this type of service. Our first steps were a period of analysis of prior performance, and gaining an understanding of the types of messaging allowed in this sector. The challenge then came from finding a middle ground between cost per click and conversions. We were able to find the sweet spot which kept cost per clicks low but at a rate where conversions were steady and consistent. We further restructured the account and provided fresh ad copy.

Outcome:
Over the initial three-month test period total conversions were up by a staggering 665%. CPA was down by over 60% and conversions increased by over 16%.

Working with The Garden is a pleasure as they understand our business and creative needs. They are respectful to costs and nothing is ever a problem.
