Bank Rebate reclaims mis-sold packaged bank account fees. They generate leads through paid search enquiries and targeted banners.

Challenge:
Reduce overall cost per conversion and increase percentage of conversions. Once these are reduced, increase budget and therefore volumes whilst maintaining improved metrics.

Method:
We initially started with doing keyword research into the area. The concept of the business is a fairly novel one, and keywords tend not to be as established as other markets. It would be important to find the keywords that are not too broad, but relevant to the service the client provides. Once we had the relevant keywords available, we decided to split the our campaign into different ad groups based on the keyword type. Following the close monitoring of performance, we changed our bidding strategy to be more aggressive and results followed.

Outcome:
Results were overwhelmingly positive. Volume increased between the month of November compared to January by a staggering 105%. CPA (cost per acquisition) dropped by 29% whilst the conversion rate went up by 4.2%.
